Scope of Services

LaFilm Mode provides creative career-building services including artist development, music catalog building, film company launch support, clothing brand building, brand building, and marketing assistance. Services are delivered through the LaFilm Mode platform and include guidance, tools, and platform access to help you build your creative career.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, submit original content, respond to communication in a timely manner, and actively participate in the building process. You are responsible for all content you submit and must have the rights to use it. Failure to provide required materials or feedback may delay your project timeline.

Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of all original content you submit, including music, videos, images, logos, and written materials. LaFilm Mode retains ownership of the platform, tools, and methodologies used to deliver services. By submitting content, you grant LaFilm Mode a non-exclusive license to display it within the platform for the purpose of providing services.

Service Timeline

Services begin upon receipt of your starter payment. Project timelines vary based on your active participation, content readiness, and the scope of your package. LaFilm Mode does not guarantee specific delivery dates but commits to providing ongoing support throughout your subscription period.

Communication

Primary communication occurs through the LaFilm Mode platform. You may also be contacted via email. You agree to check the platform regularly and respond to requests within a reasonable timeframe to keep your project on track.
